Reporting to the CEO and managing a sizeable team, you will provide architectural leadership for technology solutions, data architectures, data strategy formulation, cloud and infrastructure initiatives. • Responsible for developing network plans for customer advocacy improvement, costs reduction and revenue increment in Enterprise & Residential network.

• Manage large scale network projects and coordinate both internal and external stakeholders to establish High Speed GPON network roadmap & rollout.

• Evaluate access network capacity and issue network plans pass on to Network Design & Construction team for detailed designs and implementations.

• Provide statistical analysis and forecast to ensure long-term network plans are completed.

• Conduct cost-benefit analysis on proposed network

• Report to Chief Transformation Officer, assist CTO to lead, promote and execute HKBN mobile business to our corporate customers in our Enterprise Solutions department (ES)

• Work closely with internal departments including but not limited product development, IT, legal, compliance, marketing communications, customer service, sales channels and other marketing teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of mobile business in ES.

• Proactively bring innovative, creative and insights-driven initiatives to enlarge our market share in the corporate mobile service space.
